David F. Turlington

David is life- long resident of eastern North Carolina. He grew up in Tarboro, North Carolina, practiced briefly in Kinston after law school, and has been practicing with David and Associates in Wilmington since 1996. David attended the University of North Carolina in 1990, where he graduated with honors and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1993 and was licensed that same year. 

David concentrates his practice in personal injury and worker’s compensation litigation. He handles auto accidents and premises liability cases, as well as other personal injury matters. He has tried cases to jury verdict in counties throughout southeastern North Carolina, has tried cases to decision before the North Carolina Industrial Commission, and has also litigated cases at the North Carolina Court of Appeals. He is a member of the New Hanover County Bar Association, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and is admitted to the Eastern District of North Carolina.

He resides in Wilmington with his wife, Robin, where he is a member of Scott’s Hill Baptist Church, and enjoys golf, gardening and traveling to visit his two adult daughters in his free time.
