Biography

G. Andrew Everhart is an attorney at David & Associates who represents individuals and families who were injured in care accidents, truck accidents, or on the job. He takes cases which involve a wide range of injuries from small to very serious. He started working on injury cases in 2003 in North Carolina and is still focused on these cases today. Mr. Everhart is licensed in State and Federal Courts and has experience handling many types of injury claims. He offers free consultations, which are extremely valuable for prospective clients. He has been invited to join many legal groups and societies including the ABA, NCBA, NHCBA, NCBA, ATA, CCA, NCAJ, and was selected to become a life member in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Everhart uses all his training and experience to protect his clients' rights and maximize their benefits.

Mr. Everhart grew up in Salisbury NC where he received letters in multiple High School sports, became a lifeguard, and was inducted into National Honor Society. Next, he became a Dean's List student at Wake Forest University while earning a degree in Physics and Chemistry. He earned his real estate license and worked in that industry throughout his Wake Forest and Law School years. For Law school, he traveled to Colorado to earn his Juris Doctorate where he was the president of multiple law societies. While in law school, he was chosen to practice Law in Alaska during the summer and last year of school. His opportunity in Alaska would give him experience well beyond what most law school students receive. After Law School, Mr. Everhart moved to Wilmington and started practicing law. His practice now spans the entire state of North Carolina. Since beginning his practice, he has consistently been recognized by the NC Supreme Court for his Pro-Bono work for NC residents and he has been selected as a top Attorney in NC for multiple years and by multiple agencies.

Outside of work, Mr. Everhart is very active with family, charities, speaking engagements and various outdoor adventures. He donates his time, money, goods, and service through many local groups where he lives now and some that are far away. Alaska, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Mexico and here locally in NC are home to some of the charities he actively donates to. He is forever grateful for the personal strength and resilience his parents helped him build at an incredibly young age. Each day, Mr. Everhart uses his foundation of strength, resilience, training, and experience to help his clients regain stability after life-changing injuries.
