How to maintain safety in a workplace incorporating robots

OSHA has issued a series of guidelines governing how employees in North Carolina and around the country should best be protected in a workplace that incorporates robots and robotic labor. These are especially applicable to industrial workplaces, as robots in those areas tend to move with great force and could easily cause severe trauma to an unfortunate worker.

Safety issues related to North Carolina recycling programs

According to a recently-published study, workers in the recycling industry are twice as likely to suffer an injury on the job compared to other occupations. Researchers believe that it is partially due to the use of temporary workers. These workers do not have the same protections as other workers and may not know or understand the rights that they do have.
